"After my Tesla Model Y was hit while parked. I needed to arrange for a car for 4-5 weeks for repairs. Corporate State Farm claims told me I could get a Tesla as a rental since that’s what I drive. A month ago, Enterprise asked State farm for confirmation before they would order the Tesla from elsewhere for when I would pick it up. They received approval. When I arrived at Enterprise they needed new approval. When I called State Farm they told me they would only pay for a mid size SUV, not a Tesla. When I signed up for insurance with RT Shaw, Luis who works there, told me he would advocate on our behalf if needed. Cindy at that office answered when I called the number Luis gave me. She immediately started to work with State Farm and said she would get back with me soon. The Enterprise person told me they could get me in a Model3 for the price of a midsize gas SUV (which State Farm did approve). Luis called me back shortly thereafter and I was good to go. I would rate my experience with them as a 10, simply because they did what they promised. Sadly that is an uncommon experience for me when dealing with big business."

"I am moving to Washington state and got a good quote for car and home insurance. I also got two Beacons for the cars. It has an app that allows me to see a driving score in nearly real time. I have been driving 750 miles one way between the old and new house every month or so. Having the beacon has made me more aware of my driving habits and I have slowed down, watching my acceleration, my braking and cornering since I got them. My scores are all in excess of 94 out of 100. I don't feel that the beacons make driving more stressfull or make trips take excessive time. I was just told that I will get a $140 rate reduction due to my driving scores. That makes it worth it and I am driving safer, more aware of my driving habits."
